ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE
03/2016 – Present - Assistant Principal / Lead Administrator - Westbury High School's 9th Grade Academy
Building Administration
- Founding administrator of 9th Grade Academy Small Learning Community.
- Planned every aspect of 9th grade building including site selection, facilities planning, staff selection, transportation organization, and building safety.
- Supervised department chairpersons, teaching staff, student support staff, clerical staff, teaching assistants, and security personnel.
Master schedule
- Designed, developed, planned, and implemented the master schedule for the entire building utilizing Infinite Campus school management software.
- Analyzed and evaluated staffing to determine FTE and room usage.
Management of Facilities
- Planned collaboratively with facilities, different bargaining units, and networking staff (high school and college) to prepare new academy campus at Nassau Community College.
- Implemented all safety drills in cooperation with Nassau County Police Department and the Uniondale Fire Department.
